This Privacy Policy explains how Funbean (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the developer of Piximo, handles information when you use the Piximo app on iPhone or iPad. For privacy questions or requests, contact CS@funbean.top.
1. Your creations and information stored on your device
You can play Piximo without creating a Piximo account. Game progress, completed artwork, completion dates, recorded play time, inscriptions, appearance preferences, and downloaded themes are stored on your device. Piximo does not upload your inscriptions or personal artwork to our public theme database, UMeng analytics, or Google advertising services.
Your device backup settings may affect whether app data is included in backups managed by Apple. Piximo currently does not provide its own account-based artwork synchronization or public user gallery.
2. Downloadable themes and Apple CloudKit
Piximo uses Apple CloudKit to retrieve developer-published theme information, previews, and pattern packages. Downloaded content is cached on your device so that it can be played offline. Network requests necessarily involve technical information such as an IP address. Apple processes information associated with its infrastructure under its own policies. Piximo does not request your iCloud account profile or use the public theme database to publish your personal creations.

3. Optional product analytics: UMeng+
With your permission, Piximo uses UMeng+ U-App analytics to understand how the game is used and improve the experience. Examples include starting a pattern, completing filling or pressing, collecting an artwork, continuing an unfinished pattern, tutorial progress, and theme download results. Event details may include pattern or theme identifiers, grid size, progress ranges, recorded play time, and whether a theme download happens on a later day.
The UMeng SDK also processes device and app information, network information, and device or app identifiers for analytics. These identifiers are not your inscription text. Analytics is not described as completely anonymous simply because we do not send your name.
We initialize UMeng analytics only after you agree. Refusing does not prevent you from playing. You can change your choice in Privacy & Analytics at the bottom of the workbench. Turning analytics off stops future app analytics reporting through this integration; it does not automatically delete information already received by UMeng.

4. Advertising: Google AdMob and privacy choices
Piximo uses Google AdMob to display advertising. On iPhone, an interstitial may appear when you choose the next pattern. On iPad, a banner may appear during gameplay. Ad availability depends on network conditions and other factors.
Google’s advertising SDK may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from an IP address, device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. These are used to deliver and measure advertising, maintain service quality, and prevent fraud. Piximo requests non-personalized advertising treatment and disables Google’s publisher first-party ID feature. Non-personalized advertising can still involve information processing and is not the same as “no data collection.”
We use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to check applicable privacy requirements and present required privacy messages. Ad requests are made only when UMP indicates that they are permitted. Where required, a Manage Ad Privacy Options entry is available in Privacy & Analytics. Your advertising choices are separate from the optional UMeng analytics setting. Disabling UMeng analytics alone does not disable ads.
Piximo does not itself request App Tracking Transparency authorization or permission to access the advertising identifier. You can also review the privacy controls available in your device settings. 5. Photos, sharing, and support
If you choose to save an artwork card to Photos, Piximo requests permission to add that image to your photo library. It does not need to read your photo library for this feature. If you share an artwork using the system share sheet, the card may contain your artwork and inscription. The service or person you choose will receive the information you share; avoid including private information you do not intend to disclose.
If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you provide. We use them to respond, troubleshoot, and handle your request. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Purposes, sharing, and international processing
We use information to provide the game and downloadable content, remember your progress and preferences, improve the product with your permission, display advertising subject to applicable privacy choices, and respond to support or privacy requests. Where consent is required, we ask for it before the relevant processing. We may also process information as necessary to meet applicable legal obligations or address security and abuse.
Information is disclosed to Apple, UMeng, Google, and the sharing destinations you choose as described above. These providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Their policies explain their processing locations, retention practices, and applicable safeguards. We do not sell your locally stored artwork or inscription text. Advertising-related disclosures may be subject to regional opt-out rights even where no monetary sale takes place.
7. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until it is removed. Deleting Piximo, rather than offloading it, generally removes its local app data. Saved Photos images, shared copies, and device backups are separate and may need to be deleted through the relevant Apple or sharing service controls.
Information already received by analytics or advertising providers is subject to their retention policies and applicable legal requirements. We retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and related legal or security matters. Contact us to ask about access or deletion; uninstalling the app or withdrawing consent does not automatically remove provider-held records.
8. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising-related uses or disclosures. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. These rights are subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions.
To exercise a right or request help with provider-held information, email CS@funbean.top with “Piximo Privacy Request” in the subject. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify and locate your request. Because Piximo has no player account, we may not be able to identify particular SDK records from your name or email address alone. We will explain any limitations and help direct your request to the appropriate provider. Withdrawing optional analytics consent does not prevent normal gameplay.
9. Children’s privacy and security
We do not knowingly seek personal information from children in circumstances that require parental consent without that consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Piximo without any required authorization, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no device, network, or service is completely secure. Keep your device and operating system updated, and take care when sharing artwork containing personal messages.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when Piximo’s features or information practices change. The updated version will show a new “Last updated” date. Where a change requires notice or renewed consent, we will provide it as required.
